"Building a two storey addition to a 1960’s house in a BAL FZ (flame zone) comes with challenges, and to meet DA requirements additional regulatory requirements. Daniel, Jamie and the team helped turn this 2 year journey into a reality. From excavation, waste removal, negotiating deliveries down a steep narrow drive, all obstacles were resolved. As with any build there is always the odd tweak and fix to the architect's plans along the way, which they did and made it a better more livable building... We have taken residence in the in the ‘west wing’ and loving it."
